From out of state, but wanted pizza that wasn't a chain. Girl at counter seemed like she didn't want to be there. Pizza came... fast but we had to tear it apart because apparently they don't have anything sharp enough for bread. The bottom was a littleover cooked and I felt like it had been dropped in a sandbox. Everything was coated in a super fine, gross, burnt grit. Thepizza had decent flavor. The industrial fans were so loud that my ears were ringing 10 minutes after being in there and its hot. I almost never complain when restaurants make mistakes, people are human and mistakes will happen. But, in this case, I feel... it?s important. I?ve read reviews on here about vegetarians upset they received meat with their order when they clearly didn?torder meat being a vegetarian. Three times (the first two I let pass without complaining) I have had to go back (which it?s notmy mistake, why do I have to use my gas and my time going back to pickup another order?). I?m a lifetime vegetarian andmeatballs are being put in the spaghetti I typically order. It appears Tolli?s has issues with vegetarian meals they offer ontheir menu. Giving the option for a customer to have to go back and Tolli?s so generously remake the correct order and usingthat as a customer service pitch is a disgrace. That is worse than poor customer service as that is no customer service at all.Remaking the correct order should be an obligation and not spewing it as a ?customer service excellence?. And, when it?s yourmistake, Tolli?s should be delivering the right order even if the customer did not order delivery. Again, trying to use the ?weoffered to make a new one? as a customer service pitch is disgraceful. I hope in the future you come up with a plan to ensurecustomer service excellence, which should either be a credit on their next order or delivering the correct order as making thecustomer go back to pickup the correct order is mind boggling. I too have a business and ensuring my costumers have the absolute100 percent customer service experience is and should always be the very top priority. Read more

Ordered a veggie pie. It was delicious. Staff was friendly and the Party Size pizza is huge and enough to feed 7 people.

Tolli?s has some of the best pizza and grinders in town! Highly recommend. They also offer delivery in the evenings!

Tolli?s has done it again! When preparing meals for the local soup kitchen we have called on Tolli?s to make 5 party size pizzas... for us. Every time the order is ready right on time for pick up! They are also always willing to donate some of the pizzas! Welldone, Tolli?s! Thank you for helping with this important ministry! ???? Read more

Nice and clean place with good food. A couple younger women took my order. They were friendly and helpful. Could have gotten... another star if my salad did not come with onions. Not sure why this happens so often not just here either. I love the BBQ pizzahere, but did not get that this time. Read more

We got home from vacation, didn't have alot of food so, we ordered pizza. Bad decision...it was burnt and dry as a bone! Won't... ever do that again...at least not from here! We got chicken bacon ranch and a pepperoni pizza. Very disappointing! Read more

Grew up not far from here and we were pumped when Tolli's moved into town. Great "New England style" pizza. Not your New York... kid of slices, but great rectangle pies with awesome ingredients, great crust, great sauce. Read more
