Service was outstanding! The lady at the desk took time to show me how the app works and even to help me when items were... mislabeled. The guy who ran the register also did the same. The only negative feedback was that the items were labeled veryconfusingly (this is probably a corporate issue and a way to trick customers). Stopped at Safeway in Felton yesterday on the way to Cowell Redwoods State Park. Bathroom was most helpful! Got a combo meal at... the deli. The Chicken tenders were the best I have had in years! The seafood salad and ambrosia salad sides were also excellentquality. The server was very kind too. My niece and I were totally impressed by this hidden gem which the locals seem torecognize too. This Safeway store, at one time many years ago, was my local grocery store and it really hadn?t changed much since my last visit... in terms of selection, cleanliness, or customer service. Doesn?t quite offer a NobHill experience, but not many Safeway storesdo.
