I over heard staff bring very rude to other customers. The food prep person, saundred out from the kitchen. Left the door open.... Blocking area that I needed to get product. The from the cashier seems like it was very inconvenient for her to wait on me. WhenI left, the food prep person was standing out front of the doors, smoking in her apron. We just got a pizza and the crust is raw. Now we have to finish cooking in are oven. The reason for ordering out so we would not... use oven or stove. This is not the first it has happened. Loosing are business fast. Read more

I love Casey?s. I do not like this one in general. The people are nice but I?m ALWAYS having to wait 5 or more minutes for... someone to show up at the register in the early mornings. Or wait for them to come back inside from their cigarette break. Thismorning they weren?t even open when I got to town around 6am! Read more
