Wow! I wish I could give them 20 stars. This place is heaven for a sustainability advocate like me. The chickpeas patties are... to die for. All food we tried was delicious, creative, and well presented. Our server was super friendly, and the ambianceperfectly represented what they stood for. We called to make a reservation, and they were all booked. We took the risk to comeanyway, and we got lucky. Worth it! Don?t miss their little garden next to the parking lot. Read more

Whenever I think back to my trip to western Michigan, I always remember the phyllo wrapped brie from Salt of the Earth. That... cheese was just absolutely insane. Dining here felt very worth it for ~$100 for two people with cocktails. Our waitress wasalso wonderful. Read more

This was quite the experience! The pace was slow for a relaxed experience (plan to spend at least two hours on dinner). The food... was OUTSTANDING! Everything exceeded our expectations (Bread plate, whitefish, steak, s?mores dessert, and espresso ice cream). We loved the farm-to-table menu items. Our waitress Kristi made the experience so enjoyable. My new favorite restaurant! Read more

The s?mores dessert is something you need to experience. So freaking tasty!!! Just stopped in for a quick bite, but I have to... say the homemade veggie burger and especially the fries really hit the spot. The staff, especially Chloe the waitresses, wasalso top notch too. Great place and I will be in again when I am passing thru town! Read more

Delicious food! Everything was seasoned really well. The potatoes were a bit underdone and the Brussels a little too soaked, but... everything tasted outstanding. The tenderloin was delicious, but wasn't cooked the way I wanted. Regardless, I enjoyed theflavor. The garlic compound butter was very delicious! The cheddar pierogies were AMAZING. I definitely would have gladly had aplate of those all on their own. They were crispy, the filling was seasoned well. The cabbage slaw was very good! The phylo andbrie was also very good. The salty pita were a great compliment to the sweet brie and sauce. The drink was well made, and thegranulated honey rim is a great complement to the smoky bourbon. The ginger beer is a great touch. The homemade bread andpeppered butter was a highlight for sure! I enjoyed the soft and flavorful dough! Read more
