Good food but the wait is way too long. You can be in a line of three people and end up waiting 15-20 minutes. We still come... here because they do have really good bagels but it ends up taking a lot of your time. Not to mention they don?t answer thephone when you call and try to order ahead, and then you get charged a $1.50 convenience fee for ordering online?..a coupletweaks could make this place much better. I?m here 3-5 days a week and absolutely love it. The jumbo muffins are the best muffins you will ever have and the breakfast... sandwiches are the best around. The perfect mix of dine in and fast food. It?s served quickly but made fresh every day. Cannotrecommend this place enough!! Read more

Went in this morning to get bagels... Arrived and store wasn't open when it was posted to open, once finally opened, bagels were... all still on pans not in baskets so you couldn't even see what was available. Then the person who unlocked the doors had gloveson, which same ones remained on as she operated cash register, touched money and then grabbed bagels for customer in front ofus. In observing how she handled that customer, she acted as though she was being bothered to utilize customer service. Thatcombined with the other things mentioned above, we were very disappointed and chose to leave. Customer Service is oh so veryimportant in any job environment and no matter what is going on, treating customers with a smile and good attitude is key. Alsonoticed that the rugs at entrance of both doors weren't clean, meaning not vacuumed from day before which would lead customersto wonder about the cleanliness of rest of building. Unfortunately we will not be returning and that saddens me. I trust thingswill be addressed as to not affect other customers as we were affected. I had originally posted a high review of our previousexperience but after today I removed and posted this in its place. Read more

I love this place and have ordered frequently. Ordered an online pickup order through site, went to pick it up and at first... glance see this bag with my name on it and what I ordered in it, all to get home and only receive half of what I ordered. Icalled and immediately recieve a Hahaha it?s right here mam. Not an apology or sorry for the confusion. I take responsibilityfor not checking but If there was a separate bag you would think the receipt would be labeled 1of2 or something, seeing as thereceipt looks like it would be in the large bag. Called to request a refund because I didn?t receive the item, and rather thantrying to make the customer happy I was talked over and then hung up on. So I guess instead just issuing a $5 refund you hung upand will receive a poor google review, I would have just refunded the $5 don?t think it was worth that. Read more
