Barista made the wrong size... Took my cup back added more espresso and milk. Then shoved it back at me. Never asked if I wanted... it remade. Did not adjust the syrup. It tasted horrible, I ended up dumping it out. Waste of money and a good tip! Read more
Bagel sandwiches are amazing. Constantly out of pumpkin spice, drives me crazy cause I don't buy a lot of coffee...maybe double... order your supply? Lol. Oh well, alternatives are more than satisfying. Read more
Waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks that they got wrong. I ordered 2 drinks and when they messed up my order the girl acted... annoyed and took forever getting the second drink out to me. It shouldn't take almost a half hour to get 2 coffees. Especiallywhen they were wrong and all messy with chocolate running down the side. Read more

Honestly this place is a mess in a lot of ways, I wish they didn?t carry exclusive products so I could go elsewhere.. there?s... always barely any cream cheese, even when I pay a dollar for extra, there still is next to nothing. online it takes them 20-30minutes just to confirm and start making an order and in person they only seem to be able to handle one car at a time for somereason and if you?re at the speaker they don?t even ask for a moment, they just leave you sitting there in silence.
