I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches that cost over $5.00 each. We found that all 3 were cold inside. Store will not give a refund... after I even called and was told to come in for a refund. 60% of the time they are pretty good but the other 40% it?s horrible? I?ve had a mosquito in my drink before, half the time your... donuts is only half covered with frosting, or they?ll put your donut In upside down and all the frosting comes off onto the bag.If you go at the end of the day the wake up wraps are stale and the tortilla is hard. This is above par to your standard dunkin, this dunkin is extremely quick to get your order out. The staff seems to be on the... younger side most of the time so not the most experienced workers but also the store is very new. The owner seems like anincredibly great guy and very humbled. Based on my conversation with the owner I would recommend this establishment 100% good onthe owner making connections and being approachable, this alone is why I recommend this over places close like bigby. I usually go to Tim Horton's, but decided to try Dunkin Donuts today, the girl takes my coffee order, I waited& waited, she... completely forgot about me u too another associate asked what I ordered! I had to rush to get to work. I will stick with TimHorton's! Never again!!! Read more
It's a new place and It's been good so far. I think a revival to the Dunkin Donut brand. The staff have been good. Tater tots... are probably the better out there, nice flavor, it's a repeat order for us. Tried different coffee variations so far. Read more

I have only been to the drive thru and ordered coffee. Iced coffee is my favorite and is always good.
