The service was fair. It wasn’t exceptional but wasn’t bad. The food was mostly good. My brisket was dry so that was... disappointing. The most agitating thing was… I had a reservation for 2 booked in advance and was seated in a small crampedcorner. That was not cool. I probably would give it 3.5 if the option existed but the low end seems fairer than rounding up to a4. Again, not bad, but not worth the hype. Read more
Really cool atmosphere, not the biggest space but seating was comfortable and not too loud in the restaurant either. Food was... good, I tried the Korean tacos which did not disappoint, and my friends had a cherry salad with pork on it that they said wasthe best thing we had! Fire sticks were crispy and tasty, the Mac and cheese was good as expected. I also tried the Michigancherry seltzer and thought it was great that the waitress let me try a sample first since it was kind of a different flavor, butit was refreshing! We dined in on a Sunday night and were seated immediately. Food was delicious, service was excellent and loved the fire house... feel. My only issue was I didn’t care for the tiny piece of fries. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wholoves good barbecue. Read more
8.5/10. We ordered the artichoke and fennel dip. Excellent, but not enough dip for the amount bread provided. Also ordered a... pepperoni pizza. Classic pan style, extra grease, a little heavy on the crust. Cocktails were alright, but could have been alittle stronger. Overall vibe excellent. I like to keep track of all the places in the Fenton area that have a pool table. This place has one! Up on the rooftop, no... charge for use. Really fun atmosphere. There's a bar downstairs as well as one on the rooftop. The drinks were fantastic andthe service was friendly and fast. The bathrooms were clean as were all the tables and eating areas. Seems like a really welltaken care of place. I will update this review once I've eaten here finally but so far I love it. Read more
Family get together and enjoyed very much. Our server was great, super helpful and she always had a big smile. Service was a... little slow but we were a big party and we weren’t in a hurry anyhow. Enjoyed the fire house theme and memorabilia throughout. The food was good but a 50/50 of our group of 12 that felt their meal was good to average but no one said it was bad.Lacking that grate flavor I had hoped for. Loved everything about this place, the atmosphere, service, and food. Next time, we hope to be able to sit outside. The... interior space does not disappoint with the authentic old fire house vibe and while we were there during the day, I imaginelooks even better at night. Such a great use of the space. I went here for a birthday celebration. We were a party of 10 that made reservations. We got seated right away. Our waitress was... patient and friendly and did a great job getting everyone's order quickly. Everyone's meal was fresh and delicious. I highlyrecommend eating here you won't be disappointed.
