This is the first time I had hungry Howie's pizza. It was excellent. I wish we had one in Pennsylvania. Close to where I live

Got hungry so we came here for pizza. It was delicious fast and good. Staff friendly pizza hot, and Yummy.
On our first order, we paid for 5 pizzas and got 4. We were put in the books for a replacement at a later time as we didnt... notice until we were back home with hungry guests. After ordering again to use the pizza we were owed-we returned home to hungryguests to find it was made wrong. The worst part is, the manager (Sandy) made us feel like we were lying. Telling us the pizzathat was "supposedly" made wrong was checked by her personally. I drove the 20 minutes right back there to show her the errorthey, indeed, made. The customer service was something I've never experienced before. After 90 minutes if driving there and backtwice and 1/4 tank of gas-Dominos across the street might be a better option. Read more
The food was actually really good and the delivery driver was also awesome. The issue I had was when I called to order the... gentleman that took my order barely spoke English and totally screwed up my order and address. I wanted to pay with credit card,but he didn?t understand and had an issue understanding the numbers I was giving him. When the driver arrived he told me thecalls go to a call center in India and for future reference press 5 to get someone at the store. Like I said the store didgreat, but the call center SUCKS! Order from here frequently. Ordered a pizza online and waited an hour. Online tracker said it was delivered. There was no knock... or food outside my door. Called and explained this to the person who answered. They checked with the driver and told me it wasdelivered to the correct address. I repeated that there was no food delivered to my address. I double checked online that myaddress was entered correctly and it was as the person confirmed it. They gave me to a manager who I had to repeat 3 times tothe manager that I had no food and I paid for it and waited an hour. Manager Sarah said that the driver delivered it to thecorrect address. I again said I have no food that I paid for and waited for. Manager said she?ll have it remade and re deliveredin 10 to 15 minutes. How did my original order take an hour to be made and delivered (to the wrong address) but now it onlytakes 10 minutes..? Does not seem right. Really unhappy with the way this went. I used to eat here before the food changed. One of the managers has mentioned to me before about pizza crust being out to long... ready and still being used giving the customer a bad experience. That's what it was the last time I didn't have a greatexperience I think. Read more
