This is the slowest jimmy johns location I?ve ever been to. I keep trying to give them a chance, but it?s ridiculous. Nothing... freaky fast about it. The employees are always messing around and not paying attention or working efficiently. Read more
I walked in to order and a tiny woman at the count taking orders talked so low she couldn't be heard over the Tattoo and body... piercing club members next to her making the sandwiches. The employees making my sandwiches never looked at me or spoke to mebecause they were so busy talking about their friend. They wrapped and layed my sandwiches on the counter and kept talking toeach other. I asked "could I have them bagged?" And they said " the bags are right there" and went right back to what they weredoing. There were no napkins available and those employees weren't going to bother to help me. Food and experience is the same as all other jimmy johns. Staff was friendly and food was served in a good time. Store looked... like a mid of Covid and after Covid some tables out but not all. Had not utilized the restrooms so cannot comment on theircleanliness. Read more
Ordered $50 worth of subs And they messed up the order completely by the time I got everything home the buns were saturated,... soggy And very messy to eat. I repeated my order 4 times to them to make sure they had it right. I've eaten at Jimmy John'sLansing, Rochester Hills, Troy, and out of state never had a problem with this place, until Fenton. Consistently good food and good service. Employees are almost always friendly and smiling.
