Frying falafels and chicken in the same oil voids the falafels of being vegetarian. Falafels are advertised as vegetarian on... your menu. Luckly I was smart enough to call before I ate your tanted food. Id be incredibly sick if I would have eaten it. Takeit off your vegetarian menu if you continue to cook it with chicken as to not poison someone else. Read more
While the place is beautiful and my deboned chicken was wonderful, we will never be returning. I asked if I could have a side of... celery with my hummus appetizer. I didnt know I would be charged $6 for the celery alone. There are also hidden upcharges foreverything! My boyfriend ordered a meal with salad and rice. He didnt even receive his salad, he received veggies PLUS wascharged the extra upcharge for them. Plus our drinks came in a small pepsi paper cup? Not at all worth the $70 for 2 of us fordinner. Ordered my food and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes.during the 55 minutes I waited for my food I watched them give a... customer someone else?s takeout order which was brought back in after the bag was rifled through in the parking lot and theystill gave it to the right customer. That is a code violation and just disrespectful. I wouldn?t want the food a completestranger had his hands all in the bag. After spending an hour waiting my food was cold and the bread they gave me was stale andcrumbling. The prices are ridiculous $55 four two sandwiches one of which was not what I ordered 4 pieces of rubbery falafeland bread. The restaurant had maybe four tables that were occupied so you can?t tell me it takes an hour to make such a smallorder. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Terrible. Will never go back. Went to this location for first today. Hostess wasn't sure of anything, not even if there was a... waitress to come to our table and take our orders or if we had to go to the cash register to her. After ordering they tell usthey don't have any hummus that isn't spicy. I have to eat certain foods due to medical conditions so there for I didn't wantanything. Then they never took my dinner I did not get off the bill. The manager had spoke with my husband about the issue ofthem not having hummus, a staple of Mediterranean food. On the way out the manager just looked at me. No apology. Nothing. Greatway to ruin a Father's Day meal. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Read more
