I just went through the drive-thru to grab a quick bite after working all night! Unaware that my recently new neighbor works... there(who always creates conflict). I pull up to the drive-thru window and she sees me and she says "Oh I'm not serving her"!Then she walks away. She was very unprofessional and I would love to talk with the district manager in regards to my visit. Read more
Some very good people here, but ruined by a General Manager who couldn't care less, it seems. As long as times are artificially... low by pulling everyone up at times, they're happy. No matter that it's fake, that it causes them to mess up and skip orders,that it isn't reality. Read more
Honestly, this is one of the most consistent McDonald's I've been too. They're always polite and I can't recall a time they've... really messed up my order. I frequent this location since it is closest to me. Read more
Service is extremely quick! There is always a line during lunch time and thdh handle it with no problem. Food could be slightly... improved but is not a major issue. Overall, great for a McDonald's. Read more
These young kids give attitude. Mess up your order on purpose. I ordered only large fry asked for cook to order I got hard fries... that were obviously re cooked. Inside the store the kiosk didn't work the young worker came to help me. He couldn't fix theissues and got an attitude cause he had to ring me up.. I don't like going to this Mc Donald's ???? but when in fenton and it'sonly one. What do you do.. so I limit myself and only purchase drinks and fries and they still get it wrong on either purpose orpure stupidity. ????. I had only cash so I could not use the kiosk. Even though it was 4:30 p.m. and they were not busy at all I received lots of... attitude. The manager McKenna should not be working in food service and even rolled her eyes at me several times. I guess thisis what happens when you are fully staffed with teenagers. Worst service ever!!
