Great food! Burgers are delicious!! We drove to 4 places today to get a burger & Bloody Mary?and finally found a place open due... to staffing shortages! Sadly?there was only one woman working there - and she was working her tail off to tend the bar and waittables. I bet there were at least 40+ people in the bar area- and she was scrambling! One couple stomped out - very rude to herbecause they didn?t get service quick enough! Have these people been under a rock?! There are employee shortages in everyindustry- storefront & restaurant!! BE PATIENT and definitely BE KIND to the ONLY person who showed up to work today so that youcould have lunch there!! I wanted the owners of this place to know you have one damn good employee to take on what she didtoday?and maybe in the future come to offer her assistance! She was fast, friendly and hustled! How can it take over an hour to get a BLT and cheeseburger delivered to the table? They weren't even crowded. We had no... warning regarding the wait. If we had, we would have left and gone elsewhere. And in the end, the food was only average, whichfurther made the wait not worth it. Read more
They would not accept my valid ID because it was ?vertical? and not ?horizontal?. It was not expired and I am of age. The... waitress was nice about it but the bartender or manager who came over with her was extremely rude when I had not spoken to herat all. I think it?s very unacceptable that they don?t know the difference of valid licenses and non valid ones. I?ve been usingthat ID since I?ve turned 21 and have never had an issue (because it?s valid). Being a server myself and trained in an AlcoholSafety class, it was very unacceptable how the second lady handled the situation, barely let me talk to explain why it?s validbut just walked away. If you love a good dive bar - this is the place to go. Tracy is the best!! The perch was excellent and too much for one person... to eat. The bar crinkle fries are delish. Hubby got the calzone - not quite what he expected. It is HUGE with TONS of cheese.Could feed 4 people. If you love cheese and bread - this is a winner for you. My husband and I stopped for dinner. We ordered and waited well over an hour for our food. My husband's hamburger was dried out... and barely warm, onion rings were room temperature. My pizza was cold. Even the pan was just warm. We were over charged and justvery dissatisfied!!! Read more
