EITHER CHANGEYOUR HOURS HERE ON GOOGLE TO 10:00pm OR LOSE A TON OF CUSTOMERS BC WE'RE SICK OF IT. Food is good when you can get it at least.... When you can get food the line is almost an hour long I like this taco bell but... you are better off driving to another location, you'd probably still save time. And the constant lack of staff to stay open tolisted hours or various excuses when they are "open" is disappointing especially after you place an online order. Read more
This taco bell always seems to be a mess, forgetting items, moving slow. The times online do NOT reflect their actual hours... which is frustrating. Got in line at least 15 minutes before 1am, hugs line. Finally made it to the order screen (maybe like12:55am) just to be told they are closed. Most places take orders until they are actually closed. Maybe this place just doesn'tlike money. Ended up going to the 24 hour McDonald's next door. Read more
Great service, good food. Huge line for the drive through, but they got us through pretty quickly. My only issue was that the... cinnamon twists tasted a little funny. They had a chemical flavor. Read more
Worst location ever!! Always blaming staff for the fact they are so slow!! Once you are in the drive you are literally stuck and... can not get out! I waited over 40 minutes! And the reason was ?understaffed? just close down already!! Terrible! I am so fed upwith these Fenton fast food places blaming understaffed. Guess what? Covid was three years ago stop using that excuse for poorservice, poor food, poor management! I could see the workers while waiting in their not moving line and all three were justsitting there one moved like a snail. Pay more and maybe you will get better workers instead of incompetent teens who obviouslydon?t want to work, including the manager! Short staffed is getting really, really old! Read more
So rude. Always a line out to the road. Went inside to eat and watched employees making the food, without changing gloves or... washing hands, come out of the kitchen get something out of the broom closet then go back into the kitchen and continue makingfood like she didn't just go and touch a bunch of stuff. Manager was rude when we asked for help to place our order & was rudeto other customers multiple times. Worth the trip south to Hartland to get food there. They're at least always polite andhelpful. Asked for a mixed icee she said ok got to the window and she handed me a mango icee when I went to question it she hurried and... closed the window. Food was alright but I'm not looking for 5 star food. Read more
Never open until their advertised closing times, is it 9pm or later? Might as well not waste your time trying. They should just... go out of business so something new can come to town.. At minimum, put a closed sign up, or turn off the tower sign, orsomething, so that a dozen cars aren't wasting gas to pull through the parking lot then wait FOREVER to get out at the slowtraffic light...
