Well I went there today for the first time usually don?t go to Tim Hortons just because I have other spots and I got a hot... chocolate and a maple waffle breakfast sandwich The hot chocolate taste like it was water down and the sandwich was basicallyalready tore apart before I even got into it the waffle was split in half at the bottom it was hard it was not very good.. $7bucks and very disappointed. I have to agree with the majority this place has gone down hill. I have tried to talk to management in the past. I have shared... all my bad experiences at this location. All I have to say now is shame on me for going back and giving them another chance overand over again. The crossaint was today, it was nearly as small as a timbit. The BELT was a few weeks ago. I used to love Tim Hortons. I stopped going here for coffee since it was messed up every time. I switched to Biggby but... unfortunately they don't have donuts etc so I still go to Tim Hortons here and there for that. Went in the drive thru today (btwthe speaker was awful and our order kept coming up wrong on the screen). I ordered a pretzel bagel for myself. I opened itbefore pulling out to check and it had no salt on it! I went in thinking I was given the wrong kind. The guy said you have tocome earlier in the morning to get salt on it. I said I don't understand. He said when they have to make another batch theydon't put salt on because "it takes too much time." I'm sorry, what???! I asked for a refund and will not be coming back. Don?t go here. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this store. This morning I went through the drive thru (there were... only two people in front on me and the second person had just ordered when I pulled up to the speaker box) and ordered a coffeeand was cut off before I could finish my order. So I simply said ?oh, I wasn?t done ordering? and the response from the workerwas ?okay, go? Keep ordering?? And I said I?d go somewhere else and they just said bye. Look, I?ve given y?all plenty of chancesand I don?t write reviews ever, but this was truly not acceptable. Close this store. Or just go to the Owen road location. The biebs brew (without cold foam) was really nice. Although avocado toast tasted okay. Felt like it was a tad too salty and... bread was not very fresh. Read more
i was so happy about my caramel iced cap until I drank the whole thing and then stirred my Cool Whip and there was the topper in... the middle of my whip cream, so that means that it fell in there and they opened a new one and left it in there. verydisappointed. Read more
Cluster of garbage. Close this store please. Id like to speak to the owner. I want a full refund I go to Tim Hortons every... day. I have been avoiding this one since the last bad experience I had with them. I go outa my way to go to a different TimHortons. I'll post a picture of what I received just now And I asked for a latte and also got that wrong. Haven?t been in a couple years but really wanted a peppermint hot chocolate. You couldn?t taste any peppermint and the Timbits... taste like they?re straight out of the freezer. Read more
