Do not order delivery from this location. This was my 2nd time ordering delivery from here and the 2nd time it's been screwed... all up. This time I received an expired bottle of soda instead of my fountain drink and my fries were covered in dirt and dust.Disgusting. Read more
Don't be deceived by all the 5 star reviews. They will give you five dollars off the meal if you write a 5 star review and show... the manager while you are there. This is kind of off putting as they are persuading people into giving them 5 stars. I believein giving a truthful and honest review. We got there around 9pm and they close at 12am. So needless to say there wasn't a waitto be seated. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was ok. I've definitely have had better from this place. Iordered 10 traditional wings with dry rub, like normal. Unfortunately they were out of one of my favorite dry rubs the chipotleBBQ. So I ordered the buffalo dry rub, and the desert heat. I was surprised when I got them and they were mostly naked verylittle dry rub on them so they were pretty flavorless. My wife had the cheese curd burger the cheese curds were not as good asnormal and the burger lacked any sort of flavor tasted just like hamburger. My boys ordered boneless wings and instead of beingtossed in the sauce they just put the chicken down with some sauce dribbled on top. Seems like the last few times we've gone theflavor has been lacking, not as good as it used to be. For the price you think it would be better. So because of this I'mgiving a 3 star review which is just ok, the waitress (Cathy) is what made the review better. Read more
If you're looking for cafeteria food, this is the place for you! Ordered garlic parmasan wings and BBQ wings. Guacamole came out... brown and nacho chip looked as if it was the last in the bag. Highly disappointing ???? Read more
Wonderful visit. I saw reviews on how it was dirty, but those were a few months ago. It seems that the place has been cleaned up... well. Food was good and fresh. Our server Kimberlie was attentive and kind. We will be coming back! Read more

This will be the fourth BWW since moving to MO. Sadly this location has been the worst experience yet. I arrived @ 1pm on a... Friday. Most of the customers in the bar area and bar had left or were leaving. The bartender was servicing the entire areaalone with no help. The picture was taken at 1:10 showing the bar itself stacked full of trays needing to be bussed and they satthere for another 35min. Making it so no new customers could sit at the bar. I asked the bartender who seemed to be working atmax capacity why her manager wasn’t helping or giving her help and she stated he’s in the kitchen cooking. I’ll give thislocation another chance because anyplace can have a bad day that’s not representative of their usual service level. Heck thewings were still up to par so that’s a positive. Read more
