Used to love going to this store, great workers fast prep. Now, they stopped the online ordering, and they never answer their... phone to put an order in. Now, you have to come to the store, watch a couple of workers struggle to fill orders, under cook orovercook your pizza, wait in a long line. I can't fully blame them for this mess, but for the lack of people that they need, thanks to our bumbling current administration who encourages people to stay home, I am sure the service would be far better, sadactually. We made an order online for a Hawaiian pizza, fancieroni pepperoni pizza, and Italian cheese bread. Everything was hot, fresh,... and ready before I even got to the store! The instructions they sent in an email for pick-up made using the pizza portal supereasy. As I left the worker told me to have a great night! Very nice... you won't be sorry! Read more

Little Ceasars does not get enough credit for the taste of their pizza. The early days of cardboard covered in cheese is NO... MORE! I love the choices of crusts now. Sauce is a slightly sweet tomato, not chunky. Crust is soft but crispy on the bottom. Pizza bread is my favorite tho! Thick & crispy. Read more

Tried again and again, but done with this location, or altogether. Little Ceasar's was never about quality, it was about... convenience. Hot & Ready. Not once have I walked into this store and had a pizza ready to go out except the one time I was ableto use the portal. Tonight, as usual, the portal wasn't working online, so thought I would try calling in my pepperoni since Iknew it wouldn't be ready. Hung up after 10-15 rings. Decided to stop in anyway 5 minutes later. No customers, not busy, justdidn't bother to answer the phone. Ordered a pepperoni and breadsticks. He found an old order of crazy bread or something..askedif I wanted that instead. I'm easy, so took it. Rang me up. Thought I'd get lucky with that one pizza sitting in the warm box,but no..it was sausage. I said that's fine, I'll take it. Then he started reringing the order. It was $1 more for this sausagefor some reason. So after all that, got an old sausage pizza with some old bread, neither of which I came in for and paid $1more for it. I did offer to take this other food instead, so that's on me..but I'm sure most people could see my issue. Read more

Cheesy bread was great. Crazy bread looked terrible but was fine. Pepperoni pizza seemed under proofed or not cooked long... enough. Tasted raw. Hopefully it will be better next time, if we try this location again. I ordered through the app and expectedhigher quality compared to HotNReady. Read more

Here?s a pic of our non cooked, flat, chewy, doughy pizza we picked up from here today. That big brown spot is from the grease.... We tried putting it in the oven to make it a little better but ehh.. gross. So I called up and spoke to the young male ?manager?who wouldn?t even credit me for this junk pizza. Shame, because we order at least a couple times a week from here. This wassupposed to be an extra most bestest stuffed crust like what we always get. We can get the stuffed crust from any other pizzaplace since they obviously didn?t care if we try it out again. Read more

The commercial says pretzel crust hot and ready...the sign in the front says the same thing. I go in, ask if they have the... pretzel crust hot and ready, and they say no, we don?t keep that hot and ready. I point out the sign and the kids that workthere laugh at me and say it again. Still think you are worth $15 per hour? Probably not worth employing. Update: almost a yearlater and none of my family have ate here since. We all used to eat here at least twice a month with several times once a week.We now use any other pizza place. I have even spoke with family and friends in other areas and got them to stop eating at LittleCaesars all together as well. Read more
