The fries at this location are TERRIBLE! Always taste old and stale. Doesn?t matter when you come.
Every time we go there in the evening the shake machine is "down" or they are "out" of shakes. Which is a total lie.....they... just turn it off and clean it so thwy dont have to dobit after closing. You are still open, and people want shakes!! Read more
Ordered food the other day was charged for my purchase and they charged me an additional $8.00. I did not know this until I... looked at my bank statement. Showed them the receipt for my original transaction, bank statement for the over charge and theywent on to tell me that they normally don?t do refund without receipts. How would I have a receipt for something that I didn?tpurchase. So basically in the future if I Get overcharged again from them it?s my fault and I won?t get my money back from them.Heard that. Horrible. My intent was to order and eat inside. First the dining room is a mess. The place is a kisosk order, however the... kisosks wont take payments it gave a message to go to the counter. After standing at the counter i finally had to yell out toget someone to take my money. Problem is they told me I had to use the Kisosk that did not work. Total bunch of idiots. Against my better judgment I went here to grab something for my wife and daughter. Personally, I'd rather eat bark off a tree. I... was greeted with the enthusiasm and courtesy of a toll booth attendant "What can I get ya?" I let it go and placed my order, twoCrispy Chicken Sandwiches, one with lettuce, cheese and mayo and the other just cheese and mayo and two large fries. Theemployee at the first window accepted my money and returned my change without so much as a thank-you. My order was passed outwindow 2 after only a brief wait with a smile and polite thank you. I raced home and discovered both sandwiches were loaded withevery condiment and side item available. ???? So in unbiased observation I will note that the exterior of the store and parkinglot were clean and well kept. I did recieve correct change. I was served in a timely manner. Read more
The employees and management at this store are some of the most DELIGHTFUL people I've ever met. I never leave without feeling... great. I cant tell you how many compliments they pay that just lift you up as you leave... and its a beautiful thing because younever know how bad someone needs it that day. I have a full time job, but I wish my coworkers were like this. I bet workingthere is a blast. Kudos to this store. I appreciate you! Read more

Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to get an order of chicken nuggets for my son. Sat so long that I decided not to order... food. I can understand a restaurant having an issue but I Sat waiting to order as car after car ordered at the other drive-up. I thought this McDonald's had fixed their personnel issue but apparently I was wrong. Save yourself the trouble and pickanywhere else. To top it off after paying I was asked if I had paid at the first window before they would give me my son'sfood. So sad. Read more
