I gave it 3 stars at first but after looking back at my last several visits I decided to change it to one star. Don't go to this... location expecting the kitchen to be open and if you actually luck out and it is then don't expect anyone to let you know yourorder is ready. It's all on you. The workers in the kitchen like to hide behind the counter that just so happens to be stackedabout 6' high so hiding is relatively easy for them. Every time I come here there is zero food on the rollers or hot and ready. Which is why anyone that works outside goes to qt. We... don't want to order and sit and wait for food. I have gone to this location on off for the last few years. This store isn?t new but is also doesn?t have the feel of the older... ones. The good: The staff at this location are usually nice and super helpful. They follow all covid procedures that the stateand county require. The parking here is decent. Always clean. The meh: Sometimes the gas prices are good, and sometimes theyaren?t. You never know what to expect. The bad: As of this writing the store is going throw an interior redesign. Which isgoing to make things worse for the customer and staff. This knocks it down a star. Read more
We are in the middle of a pandemic and this store is not far from the county, no one wears masks no employees or customers. I... asked one employee why they weren't caught up with the rest of the world and she said masks are more of a health risk , I guessthey will not make it a policy until everyone is affected by their attitude toward this matter but then it's too late. I will begoing to the gas station down the street as they seem to care about their customers and employees health and mandate commonsense mask usage. Read more
Qts are always worthy of a stop. The kitchens are nice and convenient. The food is good! They have everything you need for a... road trip. The ice cream cones are the best around. The stores are always clean and employees move very quickly. I've never hadto wait in a long line, and customer service is consistently friendly. Read more
