Excellent cheesesteak and probably the most ingredients I seen available for the included price.I got everything and the blend... of ingredients was excellent,great pickle slices for crunch and marinara sauce is and interesting addition I never had on acheesesteak.The fries were tasty and streamed shrimp very good as well. Nice little local bar with decent food at good prices. Not very big but cozy and friendly. One draw back would be the parking... may be a bit cramped depending on how busy they are. There could also be a wait line at times which isn't necessarily a badthing. Clean restrooms and dining areas. Read more

Best cheesesteak in Fenwick/OC. One of the most (if not the most) flavorful I've ever had. A lot of locals here.... Servers/bartenders work hard but are so busy they don't have time for friendliness. Don't take it personally. They're all work.As for price? One of the more reasonable restaurants in all of Ocean City. Sodas are 5.50 though. Read more

Years of ordering from here since it used to be Phillys Finest. They have really lost touch as they used to take pride in there... food. Past 3-4 times ordering from here food quality has really gone downhill. Tonight's order was wrong. The gentleman on thephone while very courteous all I got was if you come back we can make you new subs. Since our first visit in 2014 Highstakes has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants/bars to visit whenever in town and... we love bringing our friends with us. During our summer vacation we brought our dearest friends here for drinks & dinner andthey loved it. The crushes are always on point, especially if Eric or Todd are making them. The crabcake sliders are a greatdeal at 2 for $10, no filler just loaded with crabmeat. We try to come before 7 to take advantage of all of their great happyhour specials and I'm pretty sure they have the best & longest happy hour in town - everyday 11 to 7. They recently changedtheir fried pickles and I love the new version, you get loads more without compromising taste and the dipping sauce packs aslight punch. It's a given that their cheesesteaks are the best, after all the owner is from Philly, I usually get the mini andcan't even finish that and every day they have a different drink and food special and bingo on Sundays.
