If you want to support local business, that supports local farmers, suppliers and the community, look no further then One... Coastal. Chef and his entire team are amazing! He does all he can to provide an incredible meal that comes 100% from in andaround his store. Service was very good and food was Excellent. Our party of 6 all enjoyed their hand crafted cocktails andperfectly prepared meals. Make reservations early, because this place will surely be filled every night. Thanks for thememorable experience. My family and I ate here during our vacation and loved every minute of the experience. The hostess was friendly and... accommodating, the bartenders we interacted with while waiting for our table (we arrived very early) were friendly andattentive. I got the mezcal negroni (kind of a white negroni) which was excellent; my brother got the smoked fashion and lovedit. They were able to seat us outdoors well ahead of our dining time - the sun was just setting so it was perfect timing. I gotthe pork dish (which our lovely server told us was the fan favorite of the restaurant), and we also ordered the scallops, steak,and tuna. The word that comes to mind when describing our experience is exquisite. The flavors were all distinct but perfectlybalanced and the presentation was creative and visually beautiful. And while the dinners were not cheap, the portions wereextremely generous. We had a wonderful time and would love to return next time we visit town! Somehow missed this gem for years! Their food is spectacular, no other way to say it. The tartare was one of the best I've ever... had. The drink menu is very fun/different and I think between our family we tried every single one! All were great and unique.It might be a little pricey (compared to local eats) but it is VERY worth it. We had a great night - warm and knowledgeable staff, great cocktails and then the best food I've had all summer on the Eastern... shore. Nice twists on classics - steak tartare had a bone marrow aioli and pistachio crumb - and great produce treated well.Nice wine list also - great job all round. Read more
