Family ate at this taco bell on the way home from Holiday World. All the food was excellent. My wife looked over and said... "this might be the best Nacho Belle Grande ive ever had". It was loaded up! Its really strange how you get too manyinconsistencies between different Taco Bells. This one....is a good one. They care about making their stuff the best it canbe rather than saving 2 cents per taco scimping on the meat. Keep it up!! Read more
Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to be told they were out of food. Taco Bell couldn't even make a taco. Ridiculous don't... waste your time going to this one. We went across the street to McDonald's and had quick service and they said this taco bellalways runs out of food. This is sad. Read more

We stopped for dinner and I ordered a bowl with rice beans etc. Our food came out, and we asked for a spoon. We were told that... they had no spoons or forks. My husband asked how we should eat the bowl and why were them if there are no spoons. We were toldthe manager said to sell them anyhow. Stopped here after going to holiday world and appeared half the park did the same thing. Still very quick service for as busy as... they were. We ordered over $50 of food and we got it all but a order of chips. So props to them for handling it and was stillvery pleasant even after getting their butts handed to them. Read more
Went to the drive thru 45 mins before closing and get to the pickup window and the staff informs me they aren't accepting cash,... only cards. I didn't have my card on me so i drove 15 mins out of my way for absolutely nothing! This is the USA where cash is alegal tender!! How can this be acceptable?! Read more
We stopped for dinner on a Monday night. There was a family of 4 but no one else dining in. Spouse and I placed our order. I... went to the restroom but woman's said "in use". After waiting and restroom still not open, I went back and looked and myhusband was still waiting for our food. No food yet. I went back and tried the restroom door, and it was open. The "in use"indicator on the knob was broken. Returned and we still did not have our food. I went up to counter to tell them about thebroken knob. A different employee than who took order called our name. She said we had given the order back saying it wasn'tours when it was ours. I said we have been waiting and never given our order. They must have given it to someone in the drivethru who then gave it back. We were the only people inside waiting for food, don't know how that could be confusing. Wonderingwhy it was taking so long when they were not that busy. When leaving, I told the woman at the counter about the restroom door, she already knew about it since she asked if i knocked. I said they should put up a sign instead of having you stand there andwait when the restroom is empty. Read more
