If you are after A&W this is a good one. Burgers are fresh and fries are hot. They do a lot of charity events.
3/3 messed up orders! pretty sad when there are no customers inside the store and only one other vehicle in the drive through... and they completely mess up all three orders! i am very specific with my order as i am allergic/do not like certain items. myburger was completely wrong and had to be taken back. my girlfriends burgers was also incorrect but was able to take items off.when i checked my daughters kids meals it did not have the requested apple slices and wrong dipping sauce. he fires were barelyexistent and tasted a week old. it was not a good experience and food was just "ok" Read more

Ordered a teen burger combo with a caremel iced cold brew, regular size and that came to $18.75!!! The coffee was made wrong so... I asked them to fix it and she argued with me that it was made properly!!! This was the 4th time I have gotten it and it wasn'tsweet and had no cream!!! The fries were cold and mushy and the burger bun was hard and crusty!!! For $18.75 and only me in lineI hoped for good quality and pleasant workers, I got neither!!! We've only passed through the Fergus location a few times but overall it has been clean and staffed by some knowledgeable... people. In addition to the cohesive team at this location and quick order fulfillment we appreciate the touch screen order kioskfor express service and the availability of accessible tables. This location has afforded us a good impression of A&W, andwe've even tweeted about how impressed we were on our last visit. We also really appreciate and applaud the availability of moreplant based items on the menu and the ability to substitute lettuce wraps for buns. Read more
