I just ordered a chicken sandwich today but I actually love the old retro look that reminds me of Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets... from when I was a kid. Back when they weren't afraid to use the word fried and actually tell the truth instead of KFC that tellsyou absolutely nothing. Sure it's dated inside and out but it has a lot of charm to it. Waited half hr for chicken that was dripping oil tasted like fish just disgusting. And its sad corporate could care less with... the conditions their employees have to work in . Can't make money if they don't invest. Read more
Order 2 classic plant burgers. Now the last few times I ordered it, it was great! Enjoyed it much but whoever made my burgers... tonight? yuck! Way too much mayo on both sides, overcooked and gross brown lettuce. Not impressed. Might be back, might not be. Read more
Didn't expected this kind of service today. It was first time I got wrong order but I was okay with that it happens I also... worked in food service but arguing is another thing . So I ordered 3 plant-based sandwiches because of religious beliefs mysister can not eat meat ,I called kfc and told the guy that the order I received is wrong and the humiliation I faced was worst.He never apologized and was saying that the chicken sandwiches I holding in my hands is plant based.
