I took my kids on a Thursday evening, it was VERY busy which I?m sure must have been very stressful for the people working... there. That being said? after pulling off to park as directed by the person at window 2, I waited 15 min then decided it wasn?tworth waiting any longer as many others where also waiting, also, at this point I was not confident my order would be correctas I could see that others waiting were getting the wrong orders? So I rounded up my kids and went into the store and requesteda refund. There was no greeting not even a hello, the manager came to the till to authorize the refund and said to the cashier?where is person who wants the refund??? I?m literally standing right in front of him? no hello, no eye contact, no sorry youhad to shlep your kids across a busy parking lot to come into the store because we are terrible at our jobs, no nothing?NOPE. Ordered a meal for our family of five for takeout. I waited approximately 15 minutes to receive the food. I check in the bag to... make sure all of the food was there. Once we opened everything up we figured out we were missing one of the french fries,missing half of a bun on a McCrispy sandwich, no dipping sauce for the kids meals and no straws. On top of the wait which Iunderstand and wasnt too frustrated about, there were multiple missed items. I am not sure how you miss half of a bun.. Read more
Went on a Saturday and was a bit busy and service was really slow. Took about 14 min for a BLT and breakfast burrito. Normally a... quick place but was a bit slow today! Update went again and took 20 min for our order and half it was wrong. McDonald's is justgetting bad. How hard is it to read a list and check that it is in the bag. Lowered to 3 stars because it's just getting worseand worse! Do better McDonald's and train your employees better! Read more
Excellent customer service today, friendly staff and manager! We were dining outside in the Patio, my kids didn?t get the tray,... we were just going to dine in without it! The manager or the staff came out and asked us if everything is okay in friendlymanner! We told us we needed tray! She served us cheerfully! That little kindness made our Day better! Read more
Drive thru, ordered 3 meals and 2 cones. Told to pull up and wait, so I ask for the ice cream first. They offered to give us... the ice cream in a cup because it wasn't frozen enough (mushy) and throw a cone on top. I suggested we would take a sundaeinstead and the manager refused because the sundae is 11 cents more! I canceled the entire order. Huge line! Manager didn'tcare at all about the lack of speed, quality, or customer satisfaction. I've went to this location for 22 years and now I'llnever go back. Read more
On the way back from the cottage on July 3rd, we stopped at this MacDonald's. It was pretty busy, but the staff seemed... organized and competent and kept orders moving. We always try to find a nice grassy spot to back into and eat our road triplunches on the grass behind our car. This MacDonald's has a nice big parking lot with a couple of patches of green space for thedog to empty her bladder. We usually go inside when we can; my wife goes inside to order while I get the kids situated and takethe dog for a short walk. Inside, the line moved steadily and quickly for how busy the restaurant was. They were appropriatelystaffed for the busy weekend as opposed to other Macdonald's we have stopped at before. Outside, the drive-through seemed to bemoving well too. Our order was made correctly, not something we take for granted. Over all this Macdonald deserves a 5 starreview, good service on a busy day. Pulled us for a very simple breakfast order and waited forever for the food. Finally went in to see what was going on. The when... we got to where we were going and my muffin was extremely burnt. How do you serve something like this? Read more
Absolutely worst breakfast I've ever had just thought eh let's try McDonald's today instead of tims. God to I regret it coffee... is disgusting taste spur almost an hash brown barley cooked an mushy. An the sandwich bread was stale at least the meat an eggwas cooked an warm! Read more
