Great place to come for vacation! Book a day off and relax in the insanely busy lobby while waiting along side dozens of... impatient people wearing scarves and touques in the middle of summer. On a Saturday morning you can expect a 20-25 minute waitif you are lucky. I have figured out how to order my wife's complicated drink through the app, at which point I get into the TimHortons line up and get myself a simple black coffee. I sit back let it cool off, then enjoy the sunshine before entering thelobby hoping my wife's drinks will be ready. At the 20 minute mark there is usually some in indication that the baristas havestarted working on it. To their credit, they are working their hairnets off, but they just don't have enough help and steamedmilk available for the insane demand of the Fergus people. The baristas get 5 stars, the coffee gets 3, the management gets 1and the people of Fergus get 4 man buns out of 5 for showing up every Saturday to put themselves through the same torchure. My only complaint is the super-awkward drive-thru, which attacks my front end regularly ???? No, seriously. I love Starbucks.... Perfect for when you want a decent coffee without leaving the vehicle. Read more
The staff at this location are always exceptional, and patient with my indecisiveness... have even got some excellent... reccomendations when I couldn't decide based on my usual, loved them ALL! Thank you all for your kindness each day! Read more
No raw sugar, no cinnamon, no vanilla ?why?? And still charge full price?I am not impressed
Let me start by saying I do understand how busy this Starbucks is and how the staff are always slammed with orders, but some of... the processes in place seem to further delay customers receiving their items. I ordered a cold drink and a piece of preparedloaf and was told to wait for both at the end counter. My drink was prepared well and very fast. I maybe only waited about 6minutes for it. When I got my drink I reminded the barista I was still waiting for my loaf and she responded that someone elsewas dealing with that and I would get it shortly. After an additional 8 minutes of waiting I asked again if I could get my loafand was told to be patient. Another two people had been waiting a while for their prepared food items as well. After waiting atotal of 15 minutes after getting my drink, me and the two other people waiting for prepared food went back to the front nearthe cash to check on the status of our food and were told to be patient, again. When we explained how long we had been waitingthe staff realized our items had just been sitting on the counter and nobody had brought them to us. In my mind a piece ofalready prepared loaf should not take 20 minutes to put in a bag and provide to a customer, especially when the drink order wasready in 6 minutes! Read more
