Three times I've ordered the new Green Goddess chicken sandwich, and three times the avocado wasn't included (when it's actually... part of the sandwich description!). When I've asked for it fixed, I recieved only rudeness and multiple excuses as to why theydidn't include it, "Customers don't like avocado." "You need to specify that you want it included." "We don't see your requestson the app." And so on. Why would I need to add a request for the sandwich to be made 'as described in the menu?' Isn't that ano-brainer? Read more
I would rate 0 stars if it was possible. The guy working there was unbelievably rude, clearly put less toppings on and then... refused to put more on. So cheap and consistently a nightmare. Read more

Always something with this store. Tonight couldn?t serve 45 minutes before close because ?out of bread? I laughed because bread... counter was full. Guy who works full time there is arrogant entitled and disrespectful to customers especially woman. He must own the place... because he should have been fired a long time ago. The woman who works there is a saint to put up with him as a co worker. Read more
Worst subway experience ever. Walked in to get my usual double meat Italian BMT, first time at this location. The kid kept... looking in the back, as if he wanted someone else to make the order. They didn't have the Italian Herb bread that I wanted. Thekid was messy, dirty, and looked disheveled, with his mask hanging below his nose, while sniffling. I actually mentioned to him,'if you're going to wear the mask, at least pull it up above your nose'. His response was unbelievable. "I'm triple vaxxed, youworry about you, and I'll worry about me."
