I asked for a med white hotcolate with 2 milk thru drive. Service was fast. When I went to drink from my cup I almost burnt my... tongue. No milk at all and the drink was so watered down. Went back inside, for a new drink, after 2 minutes was served later tofind out they are actually out of white hotcolate. Then they spend the next 5 mins looking for the white hot chocolate mix inthe back. I just asked them for a normal hot chocolate at this point. Hot chocolate 2 milk. 10 mins later on my way with a hotchocolate with still no milk and watered down. One drink should not be this hard to order and be repeatedly made wrong. Was noworth my time to ask again for a remake. The staff is friendly but they good be way faster and more accurate with their service. Read more
I just wanna say that I went Tim today and the customer service was amazing . There was a girl Jasmine she was very friendly nd... cooperative nd she made my visit 100 times better. Just an advise to management to have staff life her . A friendly and smilinggirl. Read more

I ordered breakfast meal (farmers breakfast) in the kiosk and no receipt given on the machine. I've waited about 10 minutes and... they gave me my farmers breakfast anticipating that I will have my orange pekoe tea . I asked him about my tea and he answeredwith rudeness, that's your order and he turned his back without giving me any answer. Asked other staff about my order andwillingly provide it. The first employee, who gave me my sandwich approached me again and asking what I need. I told him myorder was a breakfast meal and I don't have my tea. He act innocently that it seems he doesn't know why I'm still waiting andstanding in front of their counter. I love Tim Hortons but this is the worst experienced I have. Will never come back on thisstore again. Did not even apologize of his mistake. Poor costumer service it's so ashamed! Read more
I would give this place no stars at all - it is HORRIBLE!!! Poor management, premises are DIRTY, don?t even mention the... washrooms... when we walked in the line all the way up to the door, only one cashier opened. When the line wasn?t moving wedecided to place an order via the self-ordering kiosk. We waited for the bagel quite long (about 10 minutes), when we got it,there was almost no cream cheese, so l returned it to be fixed (l also ordered bacon, which was missing completely). Stillwaiting for our drinks. People ahead of us got their drinks but no sandwiches and they ended up asking for a refund. We werewaiting for our drinks another 15 minutes at least, and l got it just when l asked. This is one of two Tim Hortons in Fergus, lbelieve, but we are definitely not returning back ever. Read more
This has been the dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever seen before. The bathrooms toilets plugged up. Urinal plugged. The tables were... not cleaned and the floors looked like they have not been cleaned in months. So many people behind the counter serving but theservice was so slow. On our way out the glass doors were disgusting. Our first and our last. So sad in this day in age to beso dirty. Read more
This place has, by far, the dirtiest bathrooms I have seen. We have been there twice while visiting the area and it will... certainly be our last. We will go out of our way the next time to get our coffee/tea elsewhere. Not only were the bathroomsdisgusting and without soap, The restaurant including floors were VERY dirty. We could never imagine buying food there. I wouldnot want to see what their kitchen looks like. Read more
Main part of restaurant was clean, but washrooms were dirty and smelled terrible. Only 2 staff on duty, one for drive thru and... another for counter service. Had to wait for staff to fix each order as given as no backup staff there. Staff were friendly butvery busy. This restaurant needs to address there scheduling and cleanliness standards Read more
