We frequent Tim's all the time, lately it's been terrible, lack of staff, lack of ingredients and it's getting expensive.
Service has been absolutely horrible the last 4 months or so. Coffee has tasted terrible, and the last 3 times we visited we... specifically asked for no cheese in our sandwiches and have either had cheese on it, or on this visit was given a cheese bagelinstead of an everything bagel. I don't even know how that mistake is made. Getting pretty annoyed at the poor service at thislocation as it use to be very good. Read more
Everyone was nice and the wrap was fine, just didn?t get a sealed drink?
Nothing against staff. Bad service due to lack of planning by Tim Hortons. Always problems with cars trying to sneak in from... parking lot to D.T. line. You actually have to line up on the street behind the building. Terrible set up. Really shouldpurchase the lot beside them and tear down the building. Extend the D.T. through there. Read more
Waited 15 minutes for a walk-in breakfast order that included the wrong wrap and half of a hash brown that was squashed and... stone cold. Overpriced slop. I usually don?t do reviews but after several frustrating experiences at this location I?m feeling abit Karenish. I?ve finally learned my lesson and I?ll be making the trip across town to McD?s for now on. Read more
I try to avoid this Tim Hortons, but today I ran in to grab a double double... this is what I received.
Could not give a '0' star. This location is in the Esso stn opposite WalMart in Fergus. More than 18 mins to get a coffee and... apple juice! There were at least 5 staff working, seemed they were stepping over each other. 6 people waiting to get theirorders ahead of us. What is happening to Tim Horton's now a days? So sad! Read more
