The vegan option on the day of our visit was a flavourful rice / channa / vegetable mix that could have (also) been wrapped in... roti skin, was tasty, and came with a delicious chutney. Service was prompt and friendly. We look forward to returning. Read more

Overview: Food was was a good portion and did have a nice flavour. Averaged pricing $8-10. The staff were very friendly and... helped answering questions. If you?re looking for super authentic ... this is more of a Canadianized version. They have dailyspecials that they serve only that day but also have staple items that will be there each time you go. ?Express? or takeoutstyle service. Food appears to be made fresh and kept on a hot table for when you order. However the roti was made fresh toorder. There are two picnic tables inside for you to eat inside or they are close to the river and public spaces are there foryou to eat at. The food: We had the jerk chicken- not super spicy, rice and peas were really good, coleslaw was fine but alittle hard to eat due to the size of the pieces. And chicken roti- roti shell was good and the chicken and potatoes inside werecooked perfectly. Flavour was good. Hot sauce was served with our meals but it was more sweet than spicy. If you?re looking fora good meal that?s different from your usual, definitely give it a try! Read more
