So disappointing to be giving a bad review, as Applebee?s used to be my favorite!! The last few times I?ve eaten here the food... was not very good. Service has gone down hill, ate there yesterday and my husband and son got their food the waitress just ranoff and I sat there for a while without anything before she realized that I didn?t get my meal. Wings were cold, fries were alsocold and I got my normal whiskey bacon burger that was under cooked. Restrooms were dirty and it was only after opening when weate there . Maybe it?s just this location but seems like apple bees just isn?t what it use to be ! Read more
Stopped by for the evening happy hour. It is hard to beat the half price appetizers and discounted beers. Enjoyed my visit... along with the food. Service was also very good and fast. Read more
Great atmosphere with great wait staff. Austin B. Did an amazing job we had my parents anniversary dinner hear with 11 people... and austin did such a great job all the food and drinks came out perfect and with no mistakes and the checks were ready to gowith no delay! The food was wonderful! As far as gluten free options they is an abundance of options soy is hard to get aroundwith soybean oil in everything g however I'm guessing there is such a small amount as it is not on the allergen menu as anallergen. The service was great and the staff although short on help did a phenomenal job on service. The food is what you'd expect for... the price but the proteins were cooked immaculately. Women's bathroom was closed the entire hour and half we were there. Musicwas way to loud wasn't that busy and couldn't hear our conversation less than a foot away. Read more
We were seated shortly after they opened at 11am. One of the staff dropped a glass of water next to our booth. So they placed... a wet floor sign on the spot instead of cleaning it up. Customers had to walk in it to get to the restrooms. This continuedfor almost an hour. I finally said to one of the waitresses,."I will give you this $20 bill if you clean this up NOW. Shesaid, "I need to get this to the customers and then I will mention it to someone.". Another half hour went by and finally afterwe got our meal of ribs and had them eaten, someone came out and mopped it up. I was very disgusted and couldn't believe theywould put a sign up and leave it. A two minute job which was left undone and a safety hazard to many customers who needed touse the restroom. I can say that this would not have happened if I was manager. The employee who dropped the glass should havecleaned up the mess immediately. Read more
Snuck away with my wife for a late night date, got some boneless wings and a blondie. Taylor, our server, was excellent. Good... food and service. Only complaint was the blue cheese that I received instead of the ranch I asked for, which should be a felony,but not a big enough deal to loose ratings... Read more
Food is amazing! My steak came out a little over cooked and they were so quick and super polite to fix it! Everything taste... amazing, even the drinks, and the staff, all of them, are super friendly. Haven't been to a place with such good service in aloooong time! Thank you. Read more
Went out for dinner with my husband and baby son, selection seemed really nice and only a handful of bad comments. Our food was... sub par, my husbands meal was over peppered like you wouldn?t believe. The white chicken breast was literally black with pepper.The pasta we ordered was watery and they gave a very minimal amounts of protein. When I needed to change my sons diaper thechanging station was FILTHY and that?s putting it nicely.
