Absolutely awful. I?ve always had very slow service here, but this last time was the final straw for me. We got in the drive... through line at about 3:35PM. There was no one single other car in line. Ordered our drinks, an Apple Blast and a HotChocolate. That?s all. So I pulled ahead to the window. I was never greeted at the window. Never was told it would be a wait. Mymoney was never taken. I sat in my car and waited and waited and waited with the window down in the cold. Fifteen minutes later,with my special needs child needing to be taken care of, I drove off without my drinks. I feel bad they *might* have made themand wasted them, but this is NOT acceptable customer service. I personally work in the fast food industry too. We get busy. Wedon?t have a lot of staff. I get it. But LET CUSTOMERS KKOW. Being left in the literal cold for that long when all I wanted wasto pay and get my drinks was absurd. Read more

I honestly don?t know why I keep trying with this location, but today was the last straw. I spent a total of 45 minutes here... today for 2 drinks and a cake pop. 25 of those were spent waiting in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I finallygot to the window I was not acknowledged for several minutes and there no apology for the wait time. One of my drinks was alsowrong. I immediately went in store to which I was not acknowledged again for several minutes. The barista who did finally walkup to desk had a terrible attitude and made it seem like it was my fault for my drink being wrong and was very reluctant to makeme the correct one. When I did finally get the correct drink it was 3/4 of the way full. When I asked about it I could not get astraight answer. Waited 35 minutes for our order ahead order. Was told at that time that they were out of almond milk for our drink. There was... seemingly no first come first serve process. Seem like very nice staff - honestly they were slammed. But they were not set upfor success. Only way to refund is to call an 800 number. Read more

Long line. Barista taking our order was very unfriendly. Never gave me a receipt or number. Waited over 15 min for 2 lattes and... a black coffee. Went up to afl about it and barista asked me what my number was. I was never given one. Finally got our drinks.If you?re going to be short staffed ( only 3 workers) then put a sign up. We showed up at 6:40 to the Fergus Falls Caribou location and the sign at the front of the doors said they open at 6:00 on... saturdays. There was no notice on the door stating that there was a late start. We checked the drive through next. There was acar waiting in front of us and we sat in line (the two cars) 10 minutes which is unacceptable considering they were not helpingany customers and there were clearly employees in this location. We get to the window to pay and the ?card reader is havingissues this morning and our card needs to be brought to the front of the store to be run?, which is also unacceptable. We paidwith cash instead. The employees were also less than friendly and extremely rude when dealing with us. I frequent a lot ofcaribous and this was by far the worst experience I have had. Really love caribou coffee I'm general. This location is nice and new, but it looks like I have run into the same personnel... issues others have commented on. Our orders also didn't taste right, but I'll attribute that to being possibly the firstcustomers of the day. Hopefully their quality in both product and customer service improve. Read more
