Cut you off mid order, don?t return, and when you question how strange... it is to do that, a mush mouthed female states ?well you can leave? and refuses to give their name. Pretty solid burgers, fast service. But it did make me feel a bit sick afterward.
Got there at 6pm and it was closed for inside eating. It's a restaurant that serves dinner food and was closed at dinner time.... Only drive thru was open. Food tasted good it was 4-star just the inconvenience dropped its score to 2. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Ordered my food and paid for it and got on the road. By the time I got hungry and went to eat my food... they didn?t even give me my burger. Just fries. And when I tried to call all day nobody answered. What the hell happenedto quality service Read more
I've only done drive through at odd hours but I've had no complaints. I like their french fries a lot.
I wish leaving no stars was an option. Not only did they get our order wrong, in trying to fix it they never handed us our... credit card back. We drove all the way home to the twin cities before we realized. When I called I was told they had the cardand would have to see if they could mail it to us and would call me back. Never got a call back. When I called again the managerinsisted they couldn't mail the card without seeing an i.d., we are not driving 3 hours one way to get a card they should havehanded right back. I stated I could provide the whole card number, expiration date and security code. Something only the ownerwould know. The "manager" was rude and wouldn't budge. Due to their employees mistake we now have to replace our card which isattached to many auto-pays we have linked to it. I am beyond annoyed and frustrated because of their bad service. Date of Visit: 10/14/2019 - Our only complaint is that there was dirt in our drinking cup, and the store was too busy so when we... tried to go up to inquire about a new cup, we were ignored due to the long line of individuals waiting to order. My family didnot want to wait in the long line (as we already had waited in order to order), so we just enjoyed our meal without a drink.Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Read more
