For the past 3 weeks the hot beverage machines have not worked properly. Either empty or out of order.

Good store. I managed a Holiday Store when people worked hard together. It is not easy, but, this store does a pretty good job!

Oh man is everything in this community on death row or what, the attitudes toward customers, the laziness of employees, this is... unexceptable. Empty coolers, non stocked shelves, no quick food items, and the floors looked like someone just wet mopped thefloor with muddy water gross. Read more

Excellent customer service, come and go aptitude, fresh food, basic convenience necessity items. Great place to get gas fill... your tires and have a good hello goodbye conversation with an acquaintance! Smile. God loves you. Read more

I don't agree with someone judging people because they have had it harder and may not be able to get some were to get in the... shower or even be able to get help! That doesn't change the store because they serve everyone like they should! And I'm gladthey don't discriminate against people that don't have it as well as others especially with Covid and All. I think they arevery good there. And yes night Guy might be creepy but he's nice. Read more

Hi! I'm currently at your Holiday Station store on Union Ave in Fergus Falls MN and your associate "Kayla" was the absolute... worst experience I've ever encountered at your otherwise pleasant stations. The two waters i was trying to purchase were "2 for$5" & I pointed it out and she said she can't change it and when I walked back with her to show her she says loudly "well i'mstill not going to change it" and took the rest of the waters in that column and threw them somewhere else completely randomwith no prices. She claimed she was a manager and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else (kept saying she does what her managerssay and "store policy" and was too busy to help or change anything because she was helping other customers.) There were twogentlemen getting coffee and nobody else behind me. I have worked in customer service and this field before and pointed out thatit was mis labeled and they typically have to change that it being their fault. She then claims "how rude" as I pay for thewaters and leave. She should not be allowed to work with the public at all and instead learn how to properly stock and priceinventory before she can be behind a register. Read more
