Just went into this shop at 7:20 on July 8 to order sandwiches after we had been driving for hours. The young girl and the 3... boys were incredibly rude and told us ?you have to wait 20 minutes because the bread is hot?. Umm what. There were literally 20loaves of bread just sitting there when we got in & we stood there for at least 5 minutes before they even acknowledged us. Likehello could you have told us that as soon as we got in? But they refused to give up their sacred bread. Then of course as wewere leaving 2 cars went though the drive through and were somehow helped? The girl with the dark hair should be fired.Incredibly rude and no customer service skills. We went to use the bathroom and they all hid like little cowards from us. Itdoes not take ?at least 20 minutes? for French bread to cool. And if somehow it does- make enough so you don?t run out. I visited during the doldrums of the day.... about 3 PM when rarely are fast food places at their best. BUT, I was greeted by... outgoing, happy employees who did their very best to make my visit a success. This is a great sub shop location. The smilesalone are worth the visit but great food makes the trip even better. This place has great food, great employees and plenty ofsmiles... Well done! Read more
Daniel, the manager here, is amazing. My sister and I stopped in a weekend or two ago and it was insanely busy due to staff... shortages - the manager Daniel was the only one working and he was, indeed, freaky fast, but more importantly he kept his cooland professionalism in a time where he was alone and was nearly DROWNING in customers. To be honest, Daniel is like a nationaltreasure and Jimmy Johns needs to step up and pay this man more or pay people more so he doesn?t have to work alone. TEAMDANIEL! Read more
We stopped about noon today on our way home from Big Sky. There was only one employee and he was overwhelmed with walk ins and... drive thru customers. That being said, he was doing a great job. Maybe the owner/manager should have been aware of how busy itgets and help out so instead of saying how long it took to get our food we can say that they are "freaky fast". Read more
First time customer and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Daniel ???? as everyone else was after me. He needs to be... commended with triple pay. Second time in a row they messed up my order no Ranch and not cut in half, the first time they didn't have any French bread so... it had to be on slices wheat waited 10 plus minutes for my sub in store. I have never had any problems with any other JimmyJohn's Read more
Staff was not attentive. My sandwich was superb but the chips are way too crunchy for my liking and the soda from the fountain... had absolutely no syrup in it at all. It tasted like sparkling water. Gross, I had to just dump it... I'll go here again butjust get a sub, not a combo. Pricier than Subway but not even that much better imo. But to each their own! Read more
