We pulled into the drive through to order food- 2 QP?ers and 2 large fries and had to ?pull forward? to wait for 20 minutes for... our order to come. We went through the drive thru for breakfast. We were the only car in the drive thru and it took them several minutes to take... our order. Upon receiving our order we checked it and they had not provided us what we ordered. When we realized the order waswrong, there was no one at the window. It was a frustrating experience. Read more

I go to McDonald's often, but usually order ahead on the app. Always check your order before leaving because its always wrong.... Last time i ordered ahead, checked in and only the drive through was open. It took 40 minutes to get to the window, and they hadlost one of my orders. 10 minutes later i got the orders. 50 minutes for fast food using a supposed time saving app, and missingorders.
