We pulled into the drive through to order food- 2 QP?ers and 2 large fries and had to ?pull forward? to wait for 20 minutes for... our order to come. And when it did come we drove off with no napkins. What has happened to the McDonalds that we used to knowfor quick service, friendly smiles and complete orders? Read more

We went through the drive thru for breakfast. We were the only car in the drive thru and it took them several minutes to take... our order. Upon receiving our order we checked it and they had not provided us what we ordered. When we realized the order waswrong, there was no one at the window. It was a frustrating experience. Read more
Never had problems here before but this morning my wife, son, and I walked in and ordered sat for 20 minutes til I finally... walked up with my receipt and asked what was taking so long and they said they couldn't find my order so they took my receipt sothey could get it ready so I went and sat back down and it still took them another 15 minutes to bring it out to us. And allthey said was sorry for the wait. Was about to get my money back for waiting over a half hour for our food. Read more
Yikes. Breakfast sandwiches here are expensive! I guess that shows how infrequently I eat breakfast at McDs. Open, clean dining... space but generally slow service. Read more

I go to McDonald's often, but usually order ahead on the app. Always check your order before leaving because its always wrong.... Last time i ordered ahead, checked in and only the drive through was open. It took 40 minutes to get to the window, and they hadlost one of my orders. 10 minutes later i got the orders. 50 minutes for fast food using a supposed time saving app, and missingorders. Fast food i think not. Read more
