Not good. Very few people there at dinner time should've warned me, but I ordered online so too late for that. Understaffing is... one thing, but nobody was eating inside, so not a good excuse here. The coldest fries I've ever received. You give this type offood to people you don't like, but again, online order. This after showing at the time estimated, but wait time was 5 minuteswhich is nothing, but for cold fries and very mediocre burger without any other customers? $1service charge, so maybe if you tipthey'll serve you edible food for $20 when you pick it up yourself? 2 stars for pleasant staff. You guys get 5 stars. A few years ago you would've gotten 2 stars from me. The investment you made on the remodel was well worth... it. The service was great too, way to hire great team members. The new menu is great too. Who can pass up a burger, fries, andslice of pie combo? C'mon! I am happy Perkins is sticking around Fergus Falls. We will be making this a more frequent stop ofours. Fast, very friendly service. Good food.. Joseph is a very good waiter. Paid attention when we needed refills. One of the best.

Our waitress was good to tell us they were slow/short staffed last night. The food tasted good, my tater tots were cold, but... since they were really busy I didn't want to complain. I'd definitely think about doing training on professionalism in theworkplace as I could hear them complaining to each other about other people as we waited for our food and it didn't make for thebe as t atmosphere, but definitely Gave off the small town vibe. 09/28/2021 My mom and I stopped in at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Fergus Falls for supper after spending time shopping. Our... waitress was Heather, who was very polite and kind when taking our order. We both then had decided on The Breakfast Burger,Fries, & Pie Combo Meal. Heather then told us to let her know that once we were done with our burgers and fries, that she willthen bring out the pies we chose. I chose a slice of banana cream, and my mom chose a slice of coconut cream pie. The BreakfastBurger (shown below) contained an angus beef patty, crispy hash browns, bacon, and melted cheese, all served with an egg in abun. Biting into the burger, the texture of all its ingredients was so well made and heated perfectly. Also, the portion size ofthe fries was enough for my appetite, and the fries were cooked well and seasoned. In addition, there was a knife included tooon the plate to cut the burger in half. After my mom and I had eaten our burgers and fries, Heather brought out our slices ofpie. The banana cream pie (shown below) was excellent and so delicious, that I almost wanted another slice. However, I wasalready full after eating that pie, so no more desert was needed, but I felt satisfied enough with such great service, and ameal that I will get again next time. Read more
