Ordered a 12 pc, got 10. of the 10 , 4 legs and 3 wings, 2 thighs and only 1 breast. paid over $30. oil to cook the chicken... was old. Ate 1 leg and 1 wing. Both tasted bad. Looked bad. Had the buffet. It was actually very good! The food was all delicious and warm. Employees were on their A game. My only... complaint is that they didn't have much of a variety for pizza when I went there. It was all very basic pizzas and few of the'specialty' ones. All in all though, I had a good experience and I would definitely eat here again! Read more
Depressing. Lunch was more expensive than the dinner prices at a different location. Almost empty, so buffet was largely old &... cold at 1pm on Saturday. No soup. No sunflower seeds or bacon bits or even onions for a salad (how hard would onions be to putout at a pizza place?!) No pudding, no Oreo fluff, no pan of cookie! Snagged a piece of fresh original cactus bread and it was ahair under-baked... which was okay until I had a bite with a large crumble that tasted like raw flour. And to cap it off, wegave the kids quarters for the machines in the corridor, and only 2 of the machines worked. Some were empty and some were fullbecause they eat quarters without giving anything out. So so so depressing. Read more
Could tell that they were short staffed for a Saturday early afternoon (1130am), I am not from around here. Food was ok. But not... hot like at the pizza ranch in Appleton, WI where we are from. It was warm not quite cold yet when it was freshly broughtout. Employees don't seem people friendly ????. Read more
Went to the Fergus pizza ranch for the dinner buffet. The pizza ranch in Perham is AWESOME so we had hoped that this one would... be the same. It was not. We waited at the counter for someone to ring us up, sat there waiting for quite some time with our twohungry kids while the employees continuously walked by ignoring us and not helping us. Finally after the 3rd employee walked byand ignored us we decided to leave and as we were walking out the door one of the employees came to ?help? us and was rudebecause we said we were leaving. The Pizza Ranch also has a buffet ,salad bar and desserts.The service was great and the prices are low. They have very clean... bathrooms and plenty of parking. The food was delicious! I would recommend the Pizza Ranch to anyone considering going. Read more
