After working all day the last thing anybody wants is nasty negative energy and service. Received pizza and an entire slice was missing . Called the store to let them know and a woman employee with broken English... picked up phone and basically said I was lying and maybe it?s stuck to the box or it fell on floor . Then as I was speaking shehung up . I will Never again order from them and I would advise anyone else to not order either. Then to make matters worse itwas the wrong pizza not what I ordered . 05-29-22.This was horrible! My wife ordered a medium hamburger pizza, a meatball sandwich, and sweet and tangy wings. HORRIBLE ... the wings were HARD like wood, the meatball sandwich was old tasting the meatballs were so dry and gritty the sauce was supertangy with an old smell, the pizza was very hard and STUCK TO THE BOX. This was very upsetting we are from out of town couldn't wait to get to St. Louis to have some Imos Pizza! Never again at this location! We are too far to take it back, $39.01 gone inthe trash. WOW! Things have really change, everyone walking back and forth like zombies doing nothing listening to headphonesbobbing they heads! Where is the other people??? Read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered Xl (16") pizza and received a 16" box with a 14" pizza inside. They attempted to argue the... pizza size dispite a picture showing the 14" measurement. After arguing and measuring the pizza themselves they tried to shiftblame saying corporate reduced the size of the shells. So it sounds like this store is saying corporate is cutting back andtrying to make more profit. Will not be going there again! Read more
