This store is completely understaffed, and there 1 only one person to run the entire store from taking the order to making the... order and running the register and cutting the pizza boxing it and hand it to customers... and that was the next service I'vehad from that location. If you decide to order and pay for something online and they don?t have it be prepared for them to just take and keep your... money. They won?t say anything until you get there and when you do pick it up they won?t bother to offer anything else or fullyexplain how to get a refund. You have to go through all these steps and loopholes to get YOUR money back. Their system seems tobe way outdated. So if you do decide to order from here call or order in person. Read more
Poor customer service! Yes they were busy atm I went at 830pm. Little Caesars on West Florissant, worker had to come to the door... to unlock it, asked me if I had an order or door dash. When I said no I'm placing an order she insisted they were out of breadsticks and ICB. I just took my money to SteaknShake, at least they were not turning paying customers away at the door becausethey didn't wanna cook any more food. Read more
Not only did they mess up my order. They told me that it would be another 30 minutes before I could receive it after they messed... it up. Also when I canceled my order they told me I had to call for a refund. Without equivocation this is absolutely the worstLittle Caesars I've ever been to.
