Made and paid for our order online at the 220 N Florissant location and they had never made our pizzas, the lights were off... outside and inside, front door unlocked, was able to walk threw the whole store and still couldn't find pizzas. I am a regular & I love the messages on the board I havnt seen the store manager in a while but when she's there she runs a... tight ship. She make sure everybody is in & out. I really applaud her though she had a customer who has been waiting for a whileshe asked could they give her 5mins & she was sorry just for the customer to get mad & ask for a refund. She gave it but thecustomer was rude, she handle it very well, little did the customer know she was going to give a refund & the product but thecustomer was very rude.
