Made and paid for our order online at the 220 N Florissant location and they had never made our pizzas, the lights were off... outside and inside, front door unlocked, was able to walk threw the whole store and still couldn't find pizzas. Someone couldrob them blind right now. Had to call the police and trying to get refunded or reinbursted. Read more
I am a regular & I love the messages on the board I havnt seen the store manager in a while but when she's there she runs a... tight ship. She make sure everybody is in & out. I really applaud her though she had a customer who has been waiting for a whileshe asked could they give her 5mins & she was sorry just for the customer to get mad & ask for a refund. She gave it but thecustomer was rude, she handle it very well, little did the customer know she was going to give a refund & the product but thecustomer was very rude. Great pizza and easy to use app! The staff really are helpful in person. They aren't good at answering the phones but the pizza... was fresh and tasty. They were restocking while I waited for my pizza ???? the fridge with fresh drinks. Read more
The Ceasar's I normally frequent on West Florissant Blvd. has very young and unprofessional workers, whereas this location had... polite and courteous workers who were also pretty young. I guess it's just location? Whatever the reason, the food was hot andthe service was great. Read more
