I ordered food last night and when it started getting late, i called the store but no answer . The next day I seen it the way... you see it in the picture. I didn't get the chance to enjoy my food but the neighborhood animals did. I called but no answerso I went to the store and that's when I learned they use door dash for delivery and was refunded my money. Door dash didn'tbother to call, text, throw a rock at my window to let me know he was outside with my food. The disrespect ???? Read more

All I can say is WOW! I held off the on doing a review when I ordered delivery and ended up having to pick up my order the first... time I went there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because Door Dash was supposed to do my delivery. Went back today and Idon?t know WHY!!!! They told me the order wasn?t ready and needed 15 minutes. That was cool because he was nice. Went back andthe energy was HORRIBLE. The short girl with the dreads had the nastiest attitude while walking around miserable with napoleonsyndrome like she didn?t choose her own job. She was rude as all hell and you can tell nobody on the staff liked her by howthick the energy was. The service and experience was dreadful and the whole place just needs to be shut down. This place has consistently provided pizzas with very few toppings but tonight tops the ridiculousness that is this Papa John's... location. I have said I would never patronize this place again and this time I'm DONE! Placed an online order for 3 pizzas. Paidonline. Go pick up my pizzas and check them before I left. All 3 pizzas have little to no toppings, but the Philly cheese steakwas the winner. It had no cheese, mostly sauce, and two slices with 4 pieces of cheese steak on them. I presented this issue tothe staff member. She rolled her eyes and then stated she meant to tell me they have to do light toppings because they arerunning low. I said well can you make me another pizza or give me a refund because this is not what I ordered. She tells me Icannot get a refund for only one pizza...oh okay say no more give me all my money back. I hope my refund appears in my account.At no point was I called . She was not expecting me to check over my pizza and ask them to correct it. This place should notstill be open. Read more

HORRIBLE. Needs new management or something. Order took two hours & after waiting for more than an hour, it was hassle trying to... get in touch to CANCEL my order. I?ve tried COUNTLESS times because at that point I just didn?t want it anymore. Still, NOANSWER. Hours later the pizza i no longer wanted was delivered COLD. Idk why I gave them another chance after placing an orderwith them before & never having it delivered. By far the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a pizza place. We ordered online, and were told that it would be... thirty minutes. I arrive, the lobby was full, and no one was even bothering to talk to customers or to apologize. All of theemployees looked dazed and unprofessional. The food was finally done after waiting 42 minutes. I understand that these placesare busy and understaffed, but someone needs to be talking to customers when this happens. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the 2nd time my pizza didn't get delivered without notification. I ordered at 2, by... 430 I headed to the store because no one ever answers. Lobby was full of people and ONLY ONE WORKER! I can't fault her becauseshe was literally doing the best she could. But as an owner of an establishment, under no circumstances should you let yourstore stay open with one person to do carryout and delivery orders. As well as it being a safety issue for her! There wereliterally 100s of orders printing out. Not to mention lack of hygiene from the other worker that did come in later. No way youshould be touching your hair, going in and out your pocket then right back to making pizza. So glad I got my refund, but LASTtime I order from that location. Read more

JUNE 28 11:37 pm CST My first and last experience. I placed an online order for pickup. Due to a car breakdown I was unable to... make it. I called and called and called REPEATEDLY to cancel, or see how to get delivery. BECAUSE MY ONLINE ORDER WAS ALREADYPAID FOR. I never, I repeat, NEVER reached an IN STORE employee. I was directed to a foreign person who wasn't even in store!This person kept saying 'I will connect you to the front desk of the store'. Phone rings 7 - 10 times, then disconnets. 24 +calls to the store and no response. This is ridiculous. At the time of this rating, no resolution. Read more

Made my order about 10:55PM. The store closes at midnight and it?s a Sunday night. I expected the order to take a while. I... called the store to confirm my order was still coming at 12:10 because I knew the store was closed at that point. I was assuredthe driver was out on the road with my food. After another hour wait and 8 more calls to the store (all unanswered) I gave upand went to bed. No food. No answer as to why. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
