While taking our order I guess it was time for the girl to get off work so before we finished she just put down her headset and... walked off.. we had to act like we pulled off and then pulled back up for someone to take our order.. and then whatever weordered they just made whatever they wanted.. for the price that I'm paying for these drinks I would prefer to get what Iordered. The customer service is wonderful but this location just isn't quick or efficient. I appreciate that these baristas come into... work every day and do what they need to do, but Starbucks as a company clearly doesn't care about this location and shouldreally focus on better time management skills if you're going to charge people so much for a coffee that isn't worth a 20-40minute wait. Visited Saturday May 21, 2022. When making purchase, upon swiping card, machine said error as if card was not processed. So my... boyfriend used his card and machine said same thing. At least that's what the clerk said. As of this morning, we find that weboth were charged the $25.97. At the very least, the location at West Florissant owes us $25.97 because we were CHARGED twicefor one order - all because their credit processing machine kept saying error.
