They do not acccept the coupons given to you through the mail. If my 81 yr old Dad wasn't craving a sandwich from here I... would've went somewhere else. I still gave 4 stars because the staff was so nice to us, the lady is very knowledgeablepertaining to corporate franchise business, the young man that fixed our sandwich was very neat, our sandwich was not messy orthrown together, I appreciate that. Went in yesterday and they had no air and I felt so bad for the only worker they had there. Smh

If that old lady still in there it's five stars because she makes your sandwich look just like on TV.
They are just always closed for some reason and they always have a note on the door why they can't serve that day.
