I am totally discussed! Just went through the drive through and placed our order. Waited in line for at least 10 minutes. Pulled... up to the window and the girl asked our order and we told her and she swore she didn't take our order. I am not sure what theproblem was because we did order at the window! Then she called the manager up and she was beyond rude! She said under herbreath they are trying to break in line and order. She then gave us the card and told us to get back in line and make an orderand slammed the window in our face!! I wish that the owner would read this because owning my own businesses I would definitelywant to know!! Date 10.24.22 and time around 12:30 pm Ended up going to Chicken Guy and was treated like a human being. Note toself ...We will NEVER go to Krystal's in Fern Park again!!! Read more

Had a great experience with the staff working 10/16 around noon. I came in to fix a previous order that was missing some things... and the staff went above and beyond and turned the experience into a great one! Food was fresh and delicious Read more

Worst service ever. Took 30 minutes plus to fill our order. Very snarky girl at the window. Doors were all locked and big sign... in window "dining room open till 9 pm" We were there at noon. No ice tea, no French fries, no napkins, no straws. If we couldgive a negative star we would. BAD BAD BAD!!! Read more

Visited 9/17/22 -Everytime i go to this Krystals its poorly managed. The management and franchise owner has to do a better job... of taking care of the associates. Training is key. If the associates are happy they will provide better service. The girl at thedrive up window closed the window while i was speaking. Then I asked for creamer for the coffee and they are out. Nobody wantsto work and provide service any more after the pandemic. No one looks like they want to be there at Krystals or care about theproduct they are serving. They are always out of things and do not manage the store properly. I went in on 8-18-2022 with my son. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a grouchy older woman. She?s worked there for a... long time as I?ve dealt with her terrible attitude before. My son wanted popcorn chicken. When I asked if they have popcornchicken, she laughed at me as if I were stupid for not knowing they no longer have it. She took it even further by making a jokeof it to her co-workers. Haha, do we have popcorn chicken y?all? The only reason for her to do that was to try to humiliate me!Why? I ended up ordering Krystal chicks for my son instead. I order them plain, they had mayonnaise. I went for correction of myorder. Instead of an I?m sorry we didn?t get your order correct, I got more rude treatment. This is absolutely unacceptable!!That old grouchy woman does NOT need to be working customer service! I understand the struggle to find employees these daysthat?ll actually show up for work, but at what price do you keep an employee who treats your customers so bad that they neverwant to come back? I had a very horrible time here. I really expected for the order taker to have more respect for the customers. She literally... screamed at me through the drive through and also the manager heard her because I came inside to speak with the manager aboutit. She got defensive as well. I never screamed I never shouted but for the manager to get defensive was totally out of order. Iwill be contacting my lawyer in regards to this incident as well as the better business bureau. Even when I came in I told themanager it?s very hard out here to keep a job our economy is getting hard. She needs to have respect because people has beengoing crazy out here. Customer service has gone completely down the drain here. I visited this location on Sunday morning around 11am and when placing... my order, the lady working the drive-thru was rude and disrespectful. She cut me off in the middle of my order, she had anunpleasant attitude, and she was nasty towards me when I tried to explain my order. NO PROFESSIONAL SKILLS. You could here theemployees talking negative over the drive through speaker(mic was still on). I canceled my order and left. They lost $20 thatorder. Image how much more revenue is lost on poor customer service & unprofessional conduct, I will not be returning here. Read more

This place needs new management, I went their July 16, 2021 for their breakfast because the last time the food and service was... great and my food was all in a big container with a great portion size. I went to the drive through the speaker barely works andthe employee was yelling and talking fast so I yelled right back at her my order, she is a Hispanic older women. It took morethan 7 minutes for her to open the window and take my money, I told her about the drive through speaker not working well and herattitude was not right for fast food she ignored me. She gave me my food that looks like a kid breakfast menu. The grits wasrunning, the eggs was thin and small portion, the sausage looks a mess and she forgot to give me my toast and had a attitudeagain when I told her! Read more
