If you order online and don't leave these guys a tip they will mess your sandwich up.
Went to the Jersey Mike's on Amelia Island on 9/7/2022 and ordered a regular steak and cheese. I started eating and noticed that... there was not the normal amount of steak, it was basically paper thin. As a loyal customer, it was not what I had in the past.In the past, the steak was pouring out of the bread. If they instituted portion control they lost me as a customer. For themoney I paid it was not worth the price, way to many other sub shops out there to choose from. I went to the website and toldthem what happened, no reply. Read more
Sandwiches are always bone dry. Barely a drop of this ?so called? Mikes way with the oil and vinegar please Complete the... sandwich before wrapping. They also have no working phone number to call and voice complaints. The voicemail was already filledup and not accepting messages. Quality food the location is just run very poorly! Read more
Jersey Mike's employees are always so friendly and wonderful. They make an amazing sub!!! I do wish they would have an avocado... spread. I eat here at least once a week! Read more
This location has a GREAT staff. Ordered a BLT sub online. Ordered with onions In special requests, I added please EXTRA EXTRA... onions. In the note box, I wrote, please full my request. See the picture below to see how many "EXTRA EXTRA onions" were addedto my sandwich. Then they wonder why I wait so long between visits. I guess I just need to go in order in person so I can watchthem make the darn thing. I don't have this problem when I ordered from Jersey Mike's in Brevard County. Love Jersey Mike's. Amazing sandwiches. Sooooo much better than any other chain. Better than most local delis as well. Food... is always super fresh and prepared with care. They'll put the names of who each sandwich is for on them as well. Literally ourlunch time goto anytime we're on the road and even, often, at home. Read more
Sandwich was okay, outdoor seating was nice. My wife asked for her club to be put on the grill, she was informed that they will... not grill it for her. She has done this numerous times at another location, not sure why they wouldn?t do it here. Read more
