Wow! I had grits, steak and a pancake. My food was delicious. Our server came back regularly to check on us. The atmosphere was... just friendly with a down home feel. Not worth it! Food had no flavor. Nothing special. No effort to make this a good eating experience. Over priced $4.00 for a... cup of hot tea. That's an insult! We were recommended this place by our family and it was SO delicious! Pretty busy but staff made sure everyone was accommodated... and we received our food within 15 minutes! We had a great breakfast here. Saturday morning at 10:30 and we waited maybe 3 minutes for a booth. I think this is a locals... place because many of the patrons seemed like friends to the employees. Breakfast was very good. Expect a little wait during peak times. This is a typical local place with good food and good service.... Nothing fancy. Check out the breakfast bowls and burritos. If we were not traveling I would have purchased a cake. Lots ofpeople were purchasing them which is a very good sign. Read more
