Completely disrespectful and atrocious customer service. Don't order from these JERKS! We will never order from them again.... My wife ordered for our family's vacation to feed 8 of us. Big order. After 45 minutes we looked at our receipt and it didn'thave a house number. We were concerned and called to confirm they had the correct address. A guy answered and said "we'reclosed" and abruptly hung up on my wife just before 8pm. 8pm, on a Thursday! She called right back as our card had already beencharged. When the guy answered the phone again, our entire family heard him answer and say RUDELY: "WHATS YOUR ADDRESS!?"obviously knew who we were and why we were calling. My wife asked why he was being so rude. Instead of apologizing for hisattitude he rudely explained he was being "curt" and threatened "Do you want your pizza or not?!" We cancelled our order. Great location! Liked the music from the Green Turtle. Unfortunately the ordering staff is not very friendly. Pepperoni pizza... was too salty ( although husband didn?t think so.) As a local, definitely disappointed. Read more
